Mattress Springs

1.28mm wire springs 49mm diameter in individual sewn cotton calico pockets, hand formed into a honeycomb nested unit.

Mattress Border

21cm deep with two rows of genuine hand side-stitching. Eight horizontal handles on King Size and above. Air vents on all side. Borders upholstered in protective lambswool. Finished with piped ticking.

Mattress Upholstery

Upholstered with 300 gsm* lambswool and then 2,135 gsm hand teased loose long-stranded horsehair blended with long-stranded white hair. Covered in specially woven hair proof cotton ticking - Tick 555. Hand tufted with felt washers.
